Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Ohio license and registry required and cannot be in process
• At least two years of current experience with pediatrics rehab is required

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday schedule
• 40 hours per week
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Weekend work is not required
• EPIC EMR is used
