Client: Finger Lakes Health Geneva General Hospital | 196 North St, Geneva, NY

Location: Geneva NY

Shift: 3 x 12 Nights (7:00p-7:30a)

Start / End: Mon 6/22/26 - 9/26/26

Duration: 14 Weeks

Highlights

• Years Experience: 3 years acute care experience as a Registered Nurse, and 1-year minimum critical care experience - preferably ED - required, as well as 1-year leadership experience at the Charge Nurse level
• Required: NYS RN Licensure, 3 years acute RN experience, 1 year critical care experience, 1 year leadership/charge nurse experience
• Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI certification within 90-days of hire
• Experience with prioritizing multiple clinical events effectively
• Experience in bed-flow management/patient placement, hospital-wide staffing challenges, escalation management, conflict resolution, and regulatory readiness required
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with members of the health care team, physicians and general public
