Digital Marketing Specialist

MediaWorks, a digital marketing company with a 25-year history, is in search of an entry to mid-level, full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team immediately at our onsite location in Wheat Ridge, CO. This position is designed for entry-level candidates looking to build a career in the digital marketing world. You will assist in developing and implementing various marketing strategies across various channels, such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and display advertising. You will also monitor and analyze the data from these campaigns and assist with digital marketing reports. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for miscellaneous administrative duties and scheduling. Please note that this role requires on-site presence at our office at 49th and Kipling due to ongoing team collaboration and training; we are unable to accommodate remote work requests. Responsibilities Assist with and execute SEO strategies, including content planning, link building, and keyword strategy to improve rankings on all major search engines. Assist with managing social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Conduct research and analysis to enhance our client's website ranking on search engines like Google. Build, optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns. Optimize copy and landing pages for better SEO performance and conversion metrics. Carry out ongoing keyword research for the discovery and expansion of SEO opportunities. Implement content recommendations for organic SEO success. Use the latest Digital Marketing software applications to track and report SEO/SEM activity. Assist with the preparation of SEO/SEM monthly reports, including an executive summary of campaign progress, issues, and recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with the internal technical team on various SEO/SEM project tasks relating to technical SEO. Assist with minor scheduling tasks and carry out miscellaneous administrative duties. Act as backup to web development staff as necessary. Qualifications A passion for digital marketing, and motivation to build a career in this exciting field. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus. Basic experience with Office and productivity applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc. Some experience with SEM software, such as SEMrush, Moz, etc., is a plus. Ability to commute to the office daily. Experience with WordPress is a plus. Bachelor's degree or work equivalent. Fluency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). A strong desire to help businesses grow through digital marketing. #J-18808-Ljbffr MediaWorks
