National Field Training Manager, Patient Access

Amgen seeks a National Field Training Manager for Patient Access to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs across six brands and 300 learners. The role involves designing curriculum, facilitating multi-day sessions, and collaborating cross-functionally to support the Patient Access training function within commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-day training sessions using adult learning methodologies to patient access personnel across six RDBU brands
- Identify training gaps and development needs through stakeholder engagement and propose innovative training solutions
- Develop and maintain training content using instructional design techniques for core competencies including reimbursement and product knowledge
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create engaging learning programs for diverse audiences
- Support business improvement initiatives and content updates to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy
Requirements
- Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2+ years pharmaceutical/patient access/training experience
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years pharmaceutical/patient access/training experience
- Associate's degree with 8+ years relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- High school diploma/GED with 10+ years pharmaceutical/patient access/training experience
- Ability to travel >25% including overnight and weekend commitments
- Experience with instructional design, content development, and learning management systems preferred
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
