Locums Cardiology Physician in Galesburg, Illinois - Block Scheduling, Low Callback Volume

Enjoy 7-day coverage blocks every other month with a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology. Low callback volume helps create a predictable call experience.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient consults and rounding
• Outpatient cardiology clinic coverage
• Stress test interpretation and echocardiogram reading
• General cardiology patient management

Schedule

• 24-hour coverage shifts
• In-house coverage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call coverage included with each block
• Coverage every other month

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Active Illinois license or IMLC eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• BLS and DEA required

Logistics

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage provided
• Travel accommodations arranged for the assignment
