Responsibilities include: Reviewing and updating dental X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining dental equipment Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims Ensuring OSHA and HIPAA compliance at all times Sterilizing instruments and maintaining supplies Completing Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing, fluoride varnish, and sealant placement Providing compassionate, educational patient care focused on the mouth‑body connection Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy Contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff Qualifications What You Bring Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Active CPR certification Strong communication skills and leadership qualities Genuine empathy and the ability to connect with a diverse patient base Dentrix experience preferred (not required) At Toothologie Smile Studio, we believe in building relationships based on mutual respect, kindness, and trust.
