Senior Director of Events

Driving enterprise-wide strategy and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Events will oversee the meetings and engagements ecosystem, ensuring compliance and enhancing business outcomes in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Define and implement a multi-year meetings and engagements strategy aligned with organizational priorities Oversee end-to-end event planning, including logistics, sourcing, and execution across various formats Lead a multi-layered team while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in meetings and events, preferably in pharma/biotech Experience with enterprise-level scope and strategy ownership Deep knowledge of vendor relations and compliance frameworks Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
