Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn a new skill? We're looking for motivated Production Workers to join our growing team in Aurora, CO . In this role, you'll help manufacture printed circuit boards (PCBs) that power a wide range of electronic products used every day.

No PCB experience? No problem! We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you succeed. Whether you have a background in manufacturing, warehouse work, or construction, we'd love to hear from you.

Location - Aurora, CO

Pay - $18.00 per hour

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll play an important role in the manufacturing process by:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment

• Loading and unloading materials and components

• Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met

• Following work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation

• Using hand tools and basic measuring instruments

• Assisting with assembly, finishing, and packaging operations

• Completing production records and paperwork accurately

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Following all safety and quality procedures

• Supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or related experience preferred

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Comfortable working around manufacturing chemicals when required

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
