Summary We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager with strong manufacturing engineering knowledge to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer delivery—without requiring a formal engineering degree. You’ll play a critical role in driving projects from concept through completion, supporting a high‑performing commercial team, and ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation through execution to final delivery, ensuring timelines, cost, and quality targets are met Build and maintain essential system structures, including: Bills of Materials (BOMs) Routing and process flows ERP/MRP system setup and optimization Act as a vital link between engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams Support the commercial team by providing technical and operational project insightsTrack and communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to middle‑management stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in project execution and manufacturing efficiency Ensure all deliverables meet customer specifications and quality standards What We’re Looking For Strong experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering environment Practical, hands‑on understanding of manufacturing processes and systems Proven experience with BOM creation, routing, and ERP systems Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with cross‑functional teams and management Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset Benefits Salary: $95k-140k/year Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off Sick Leave Paid Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
