Sales - Project Manager Rackley Roofing Charlotte/Mooresville area, North Carolina, United States We are seeking a highly motivated, professional Sales - Project Manager to develop business with new customers and manage existing accounts in Charlotte/Mooresville area. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain a hunter mentality with a strong drive to identify and secure new business opportunities. Build, manage, and continuously grow an active sales pipeline of qualified opportunities. Establish, nurture, and expand direct customer relationships with owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and roof consultants. Generate business through networking and active involvement in local associations, chambers of commerce, trade organizations, and business forums. Take ownership of CRM management, ensuring accurate and timely updates of all opportunities, activities, and client data. Personally deliver and present project proposals while serving as the client’s trusted commercial roofing expert. Accurately assess project needs and prepare scopes of work and recommendations for customers. Continuously develop technical knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing solutions, and project-specific requirements. Support and promote a customer-focused culture centered on responsiveness, service, and professionalism. Represent and strengthen the Rackley Roofing brand in the marketplace. Maintain availability during standard business hours ( 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ) with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
