Overview We are seeking an experienced assistant business manager to help our general manager. In this cross‑functional role, you will work with multiple functions, such as human resources, finance, procurement, safety, and others. Responsibilities Assist with TxDOT bidding, compliance, and reporting. Help with bonding, purchasing, human resources, and safety functions and personnel. Help with billing and invoicing. Help track quantities and materials on hand. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Skills Experience in assisting with the business management of a construction company. Experience in TxDOT contract management and compliance. Interest in learning. Filing.
