Staff Registered Nurse II, Wound Care

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Staff Nurse II specializing in wound care to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing to patients with acute and chronic wounds. In this role, you will assess and document wounds, develop individualized care plans, select and apply appropriate treatments, and partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support healing and prevent complications. You will educate patients and caregivers, promote infection control, and maintain accurate electronic health records.
