Clinical Quality Management Program ManagerThe location: Falls Church, VA (possibly remote). The organization: The Military Health System (MHS)/Defense Heath Agency (DHA) is a global, comprehensive, integrated system that includes combat medical services, peacetime health care delivery, public health services, medical education and training, and medical research and development. The MHS currently includes 51 Inpatient Hospitals and Medical Centers, 424 Ambulatory Care and Occupational Health Clinics, and 248 Dental Clinics. The DHA supports the Combatant Commanders and Military Services to execute the Department of Defense (DoD) medical mission in peacetime and wartime. The DHA is responsible for the administrative functions of all Markets and Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) for budgeting, Information Technology (IT), administration and management, policies and procedures, and construction. In addition to these administrative functions the DHA is responsible for the coordination and delivery of healthcare throughout the MHS in support of DHA's Strategy Map DHA is active around the world, with military and civilian experts supporting military health operations at military hospitals and clinics, as well as dental and veterinary clinics.Essential DutiesThe Clinical Quality Management (CQM) Program Manager plans, organizes, coordinates, manages and maintains the personnel contracted under this action to execute various initiatives and projects under the six CQM programs. Serves as the vendor representative directly interfacing with the Government in the context of daily work and is responsible and accountable for all aspects of staff management under this action including, onboarding, equipment, security clearance, attendance, job performance and compliance with law regulation and all terms of the contract. Provides regular communication and reports to the COR and Government functional lead on activities and deliverables and actively manages performance for all staff identified under this contract to achieve exception service for the Government. The CQM Program Manager is responsible for maintaining and ensuring all contract FTEs meet the qualifications required for their position, to include CQM contract personnel management. Provides support across the CQM Branch to include but not limited to:Developing and managing schedulesDeveloping the contract Program Management Plan and Weekly Performance ReportsDefining and maintaining standards for consistency across the CQM programsApply the principles of high reliability, health and health care improvement and the role of CQM in support of readiness in the military health care environmentAnalyze and report program efforts to ensure operational excellence, manage risks, and reliable processesHold weekly meetings with COR and other CQM Program leadsEnsure completion and timely delivery of all contractual deliverablesAdministrative and programmatic supportRequirementsProgram Management certification which is maintained throughout the contract10 years of experience working in healthcare quality management3-5 years of experience in large healthcare system or corporate HQHighly proficient with Microsoft Office toolsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of staffDHA experience is preferredFour-Year+ Contract, location is Falls Church VA with a possibility of remote.KurzSolutions is committed to improving health outcomes by providing well-managed companies with the top healthcare talent in the market.
