Order Puller

Position SummaryThe Order Puller is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) warehouse environment. This role ensures timely and accurate fulfillment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pull products based on customer orders, pick tickets, or RF scannersVerify item codes, quantities, and product quality before staging ordersPrepare orders for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizingMaintain organized and clean picking areas to ensure efficiency and safetyOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (manual or electric) safely and efficientlyAssist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishmentReport damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisorsFollow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocolsMeet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targetsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred (CPG experience a plus)Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plusAbility to read and understand pick tickets and product codesStrong attention to detail and accuracyPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyComfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentAbility to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditionsSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTime management and ability to meet deadlinesCommitment to safety and quality standardsWork EnvironmentWarehouse setting with moderate to high noise levelsMay include exposure to varying temperatures (ambient, refrigerated, or dry storage)Fast-paced, productivity-driven environmentScheduleFull-timeMonday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr Navajo-Incorporated
