Life Enhancement Coordinator | Highgate Senior Living – Prescott, AZ

Compensation: $30.00–$33.00 per hour

About the role

Create and lead an engaging program of activities, events, and experiences for assisted living and memory care.

Design experiences across movement, mindfulness, creativity, spirituality, and learning to support residents’ purpose.

What you’ll do

· Plan monthly calendars and execute daily programs

· Lead groups and coach activities team members

· Coordinate volunteers and partnerships

· Track participation, manage supplies/budgets, and report outcomes

· Engage families and market programs within the community

Skills & attributes

· Organization, leadership, and communication

· Program design for varied cognitive/physical abilities

· Creativity and problem‑solving; marketing savvy

· MS Office proficiency; quick to learn new tools

· Balance priorities and meet deadlines

Relatable experience

· Recreation therapy, events, hospitality, or program leadership

· Customer service roles involving coaching and facilitation

· Senior living or healthcare experience a plus

Qualifications

· At least 21 years of age

· 2+ years in customer service/events/groups

· Current negative TB test; background check clearance

· Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
