Financial Center Manager

Position Overview: Lead the operation of a financial center in Texas Capital’s market, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities Oversee daily operation of the financial center, maintaining an ethical sales culture and inclusive environment. Recruit, retain, and train all team members; develop and mentor Assistant Financial Center Managers toward the Full Financial Center Manager role. Foster an inclusive team culture where members can thrive. Support and coordinate Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities and community engagement initiatives. Drive new business acquisition and deepen existing relationships within the Branch Small Business market. Identify client needs and refer them to the appropriate line of business. Maintain a properly trained team, providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution while adhering to TexasCapitalBank policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Coordinate operational issues, including automation, equipment needs, workflow and transaction integrity. Maximize growth and profitability of the branch through ethical sales, deepening client relationships, cross‑selling, and influential leadership. Assist commercial, private wealth, and treasury officers with client and prospecting calls. Perform teller transactions (withdrawals, deposits, wires, etc.) and all banker functions as required. Act as liaison with internal business partners to facilitate client onboarding. Lead community awareness events to increase bank outreach and create new business opportunities. Interview and hire qualified candidates when staff vacancies arise. Maintain security protocols to protect employees and bank assets. Ensure responsible management of the financial center budget. Perform Saturday banking support, lifting up to 50lbs as needed. The duties listed above are the essential functions of this role and may be supplemented by reasonably related duties in accordance with standard departmental policy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent (preferred). Minimum of 5years banking experience, with at least 3years in a supervisory role. Excellent knowledge of bank and branch operations, customer service, and sales. Strong understanding of bank products, services, and business banking & credit solutions. Proven leadership and organizational skills, including effective time management. Ability to influence and build positive working relationships across the organization. Demonstrated success in establishing and achieving strategic goals. Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, negotiating, and presentation. Proficient in using PC software tools for reports, audits, analysis, and presentations. Strong knowledge of legal entity documentation requirements and financial regulations.
