Qualifications
- Technical education background (Engineering degree or Higher Technical Diploma)
- Experience in project management or technical project coordination
- Experience communicating directly with customers and external stakeholders
- Strong interest and confidence in technical subjects and problem-solving
- Knowledge of programming logic is an advantage
- Good adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Work visa sponsorship and relocation support
- 10 days of annual home leave
- One round-trip international flight ticket provided each year

- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Prepare technical proposals and follow up on solution implementation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and application materials
- Support the Business Development and Sales teams with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application consulting
- Coordinate project-related technical activities and ensure successful execution
- Provide product and application guidance to customers and partners
