What You’ll Be Owning GRVTY is seeking a Palantir Data Engineer with a TS/SCI + Polygraph clearance to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA. The Palantir Data Engineer leverages advanced Python skills within a small team to develop and implement data transformation pipelines in Palantir’s environment. The Data Engineer will also integrate with external systems via API, parse API responses into usable data objects, design user interfaces, and develop custom functions with TypeScript. The role includes conducting code reviews, solution brainstorming, defining UI designs, and handling tier‑2 level triage with customers, translating concerns into specific requirements and articulating impacts on the existing environment. Activities include moving structured and unstructured data, executing data ingestion, developing code to format data for exploration, working with Data Scientists to determine data formats and transforms, developing and delivering documentation for each project, and enhancing existing ETL code using best practices.
