What You'll Do as an Oven Operator:

• Operate industrial ovens for plastic forming and curing processes
• Safely load and unload materials into and out of ovens
• Monitor temperature, cycle times, and process settings to ensure proper operation
• Adjust controls as needed to maintain product quality and consistency
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
• Record production data and process information accurately
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Follow all safety procedures and material handling guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the Oven Operator Role:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• High level of reliability with consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to monitor processes and make basic adjustments
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift between 5075 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle materials and small parts
