This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and grow with a company that values hard work and reliability. Location: Rogers, MN Wage: $20 - $21/hr

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am 2:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm 10:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm 6:00 am
• 12-Hour Rotating Shifts: 9:00 am 9:00 pm or 9:00 pm 9:00 am
• Overtime and weekend work may be required

Duties of the production machine operator:

• Operate production equipment and monitor machine performance
• Load, unload, rack, and package metal products
• Grind, deburr, polish, and finish metal components
• Inspect parts for quality and follow production specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements of the production machine operator:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience
• Ability to read a tape measure, use basic hand tools, and perform basic math
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand throughout the shift
• Steel-toe boots, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify process
