Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Multiple Full-Time Openings |
*Now Hiring: 3 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)*
We are actively seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a K-8 educational setting and provide essential speech and language services to students. These are full-time, onsite positions supporting approximately 50 students and offer an opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout the school year.
Available Openings
- 1 Full-Time SLP: Start in January through the end of the school year
- 2 Full-Time SLPs: Start in March through the end of the school year
Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, and direct therapy services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-focused, and experienced or interested in working within a school-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
- Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based experience
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Experience working with K-8 student populations
