Call Center Representative I

Location: West Salem, WI
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) | Onsite

We're looking for a friendly, service-minded individual to join our Call Center team. Whether you have banking experience or a strong customer service background, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Call Center Representative I, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, knowledgeable service over the phone. You'll answer questions, assist with account requests, solve problems, and help members find products and services that fit their financial needs. If you enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional member service over the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

• Assist members with account questions, transaction requests, and service issues.

• Identify member needs and suggest appropriate credit union products and services.

• Maintain working knowledge of 1st CCU policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, security, and professionalism.

What You Bring:

• Customer service experience. 

• Financial institution experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Must be available to work onsite at our West Salem branch.
