Job Title: Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain & Data Analytics

Location : 100% Remote, PST hours required

Rate: $52-$54/ hour

The Business Systems Analyst supports the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing functional support of enterprise applications that enable supply chain and data-driven business operations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and data teams to align technology solutions with business strategy.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring solutions meet operational and analytical needs.
• Support highly complex business processes across supply chain and data domains.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Support order fulfillment managers and supply chain teams with daily operational and reporting needs.
• Prepare cost benefit and return on investment analyses to support system and solution decisions.
• Contribute as a project team member across multiple initiatives, managing priorities and deliverables in parallel.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field such as computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience supporting business systems in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Proven background combining data analytics with supply chain or operational processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams on enterprise solutions.

Core Skills

• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including working with complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Working knowledge of programming concepts sufficient to read and understand code logic.
• Solid understanding of supply chain concepts such as order fulfillment, master data, and process analysis.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
