About the Role

Are you the kind of person who walks into a room and immediately brightens it up? Our growing dental practice is looking for a high-energy, smile-first Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

As the first face our patients see, you aren’t just "checking people in"—you are the architect of the patient experience. We are currently expanding our pediatric patient base, so we need someone who is patient, warm, and excels at making families feel at home. 

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Proactively manage the daily calendar to eliminate gaps and ensure maximum provider productivity.

• Treatment Coordination: Confidently present treatment plans to patients/parents, arriving at a financial agreement.

• Financial Management: Collect co-pays and balances at the time of service. 

• Insurance Navigation: Help handle pre-authorizations and verify insurance benefits to ensure patients have clear financial expectations.

• Patient Engagement: Confirm appointments via phone/text and manage the recall system to keep our chairs full.

• Pediatric Growth: Assist in welcoming new families as we scale our pediatric services.

• Dentrix Proficiency: Experience with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend is highly preferred.
