Senior Program Manager

Job Title IT Program Manager III Location Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ Pay Range $63 Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Manage project intake, financials, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Facilitate communication across teams through routines such as kick‑offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure timely project delivery. Provide end‑to‑end visibility into project health, status updates, and deliverables to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in portfolio‑level functions supporting end‑to‑end project and program delivery. Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels. Ability to coordinate dependencies and facilitate collaboration across multiple teams.
