Staffing Inc is partnered with a client in Belding, MI who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for Material Handlers who are ready to start as soon as possible! The ideal candidate will be able to complete a drug screen and background check, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Measuring SMC material as specified per each enclosure
• Installing specified dies on machine bed and ram
• Positioning and clamping holding fixtures to machine bed
• Adjusting setscrews to regulate stroke of ram
• Places inserts on other devices onto mold
• Files flash from exterior and interior of part
• Inspect part for defects
• Drills and/or taps parts per prints
• Cleans excess dust or flash from part
• Does minor adjustments to correct production flaws
• Wrap skids to accommodate safe transportation
• Inventory recording accuracy
• Responsibility for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation, and disposition of non-conforming products, services, or systems
• Responsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policy
• All department processes and procedures documented and the appropriate individual(s) trained and cross-trained as necessary

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Must be able to hold current Hilo license
• Preferred: Familiarity with MRPII
