Entry Level Real Estate AttorneyA well-established real estate development firm in Somerset County, New Jersey, with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties, is seeking a motivated entry-level Real Estate Attorney to join our legal and professional team.Our firm is involved in all facets of real estate development, including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financing, construction, and development. Having successfully developed thousands of homes and apartments, we offer an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced legal, development, and real estate professionals.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in real estate development and construction. The successful candidate will work closely with our legal and professional staff and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of real estate development matters.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in New Jersey3-5 years of experience preferred in real estate, construction, or a related practice areaExperience with real estate transactions and contractsFamiliarity with land acquisition and development entitlementsExperience assisting with real estate closings and loan transactionsFamiliarity working with banks, lenders, and other financial institutionsStrong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamEntry-level attorneys with a strong interest in real estate development are encouraged to apply.
