Job Description

A well-established insurance organization is seeking an Insurance Agent to join its growing customer service and sales team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will assist prospective and existing customers with insurance coverage options, sell new policies through inbound calls, and provide exceptional customer support. This position offers a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment where strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities:

• Sell new insurance policies through inbound customer calls, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions without cold calling.
\n
• Assist new and existing policyholders with coverage questions, policy changes, and customer service needs.
\n
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and excellent service.
\n
• Navigate multiple computer systems to document customer interactions, process requests, and update policy information.
\n
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and company procedures while collaborating with team members to achieve service goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience OR 2 years of post-secondary education required.
\n
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain insurance products clearly.
\n
• Proficiency with computers, multitasking, and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
\n
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
\n
• Ability to complete onsite training and work a hybrid schedule with 50% in-office attendance following training.
\n

The base pay range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
