Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Technician III to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a regulated GMP environment. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience and hands-on aseptic processing experience. Candidates must be able to work independently after training and support manufacturing activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Job Title: Production Technician III (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - Aseptic)

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Shift: Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Employment Type: 1 Year Contract
Rate: $33/hr

Note: Aseptic experience must be from the pharmaceutical industry. Aseptic experience gained solely in the food industry will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations in GMP-regulated cleanroom and aseptic environments.
• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Support equipment preparation, stopper preparation, inspection, packaging, and sanitization activities.
• Operate autoclaves and maintain classified manufacturing areas.
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation requirements.
• Independently troubleshoot routine manufacturing issues after training.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing manufacturing activities to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and aseptic procedures.
• Become certified and maintain certification for entry into the Aseptic Core (training provided after hire).

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (required).
• Hands-on aseptic processing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (required).
• Experience working in GMP-regulated cleanroom environments.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Aseptic manufacturing
  • Equipment preparation
  • Stopper preparation
  • Manual or semi-automated inspection
  • Packaging operations
  • Sanitization of classified areas
  • Autoclave operation
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE.

Interview Process

• Virtual interviews are conducted Tuesday through Thursday between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
