Please walk-in to interview with a manager on Tuesday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at 2022 Spring Road!

Blanco is a part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, an ever evolving and growing line of innovative concepts founded in 1998. Blanco is a casual escape from the everyday, where the glass is always seen as half full (of tequila, that is)! Our menu is a fresh twist on Mexican food favorites alongside creative margaritas that keep our guests coming back for more. We are hiring immediately!
- Facilitate food service from BOH to FOH
- Respond appropriately to guests' requests or issues by effectively communicating to captains and management
- Makes sure all the necessary garnishes and food needed is in place for the kitchen staff
- Always thrives to ensure guests satisfaction by coordinating with the captain and back server before and after delivering food to the tables
- Superior communication skills (both written and spoken) and a strong sense of urgency
- Works closely with the chef's and BOH staff
- Assist the kitchen in daily preparation for service
- Polishes glassware and silverware in a timely manner
- Abides by the opening and closing checklist every day
