Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough routine and preventive healthcare services, which encompass physical exams, health screenings, immunizations, and health assessments tailored to the needs of individuals and families.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions with a focus on developing treatment protocols that adhere to best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by considering patient history, lifestyle choices, and potential barriers to adherence.
• Work collaboratively with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and referrals, ensuring optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in family medicine or primary care is required, candidates with experience in outpatient clinical settings will be highly valued. Compensation and Benefits

• Schedule: Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options available to promote work-life balance.
• Compensation: A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, along with performance-based productivity bonuses.
