We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager for our Labor & Delivery unit to lead clinical teams in delivering exceptional maternal and newborn care. In this leadership role, the Nurse Manager will oversee daily responsibilities such as coordinating staff schedules, monitoring patient flow, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring accurate documentation of all patient information. By integrating evidence-based practices into day-to-day operations, the Nurse Manager will uphold the highest standards of safety and patient satisfaction, while mentoring nurses and support staff in professional development. Additionally, the Nurse Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resources, manage budgets, and implement performance improvement initiatives, ensuring the unit operates efficiently and provides a supportive environment for both patients and employees.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse RN in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain upon hire
• Proven leadership experience in a labor and delivery, obstetric, or similar clinical setting
