Job Details We are seeking a Service Operations Representative in Alameda, CA. Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year. Confirm booking details, including scope of work, equipment information, visit counts, and billing details. Track site access requirements, security protocols, keys, badging, and other important site‑specific information. Proactively contact customers regarding PMA renewals, pricing updates, and retention opportunities. Maintain accurate PMA records and resolve missing or incomplete information with technicians, customers, and internal teams. Document customer feedback, service notes, and communication outcomes in the service management system. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in HVAC, mechanical, construction, or service operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new service management systems. Understanding of service contract management, customer service, and process improvement.
