The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Contract Administrator for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Alameda, CA 94502. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description:
- $36 - $39/hour based on previous experience
- Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00pm, On-Site
- Sales Support for contract generation and maintenance
- Contract language review, comparison, and where necessary assistance with negotiation and communication
- Contract and pricing input into system (Model N)
- Salesforce Use
- Excel reporting and pricing calculations and analytics
- Various Report generation (primarily using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau)
- 4-year degree related to business or finance is preferred, a minimum of an Associate's Degree is required.
- Ideally some experience working with Salesforce and/or Model N
- A resume and/or an interview that helps us understand what they have accomplished in their career
- Strong communication skills, with preferred experience working closely with employees from various departments, including sales, finance, and contracting.
- Will need to be able to build strong relationships with both department personnel and sales.
- Ability to learn quickly and able to use various systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare, contracting, strong Excel, Tableau, and/or Salesforce (Model N) are highly preferred
