Sales Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager , you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the inside sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and computer skills, ability to handle different customer's request and situation with professionalism, persistent reliable and excellent in follow-upwhich will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Sales Manager Location Sparta, TN Pay Range Open, based on experience Shift 7:00am- 4:30pm What's the Job? Manage the workload of the inside sales team and distribute tasks efficiently among team members to minimize customer wait times and maximize order opportunities. Work directly with customers in special situations to secure large bid opportunities and ensure customer expectations are met by the staff. Handle upset customers professionally and work towards resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Assist with inside sales and customer service tasks when team members are unavailable or workload demands increase. Review quotes to ensure accurate pricing and product offerings to secure orders effectively. What's Needed? Experience in basic office skills and proper phone etiquette. Background in sales or customer service management preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or NetSuite is a bonus. Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
