Proactively lead and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and coaching. Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs. Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence. Maintain a high level of safety for both guests and employees. Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence. Qualifications A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace. Strong customer service and support focus. The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs. Experience making decisions in a fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
