The Pappas Cardone Net Lease Group of Marcus & Millichap, one of the fastest-growing teams in the Manhattan office, is seeking driven and entrepreneurial candidates to join our Investment Sales Team. We specialize in single tenant net lease retail properties nationwide, working with clients including private investors, institutions, and 1031 exchange buyers. This is a 100% commission sales position offering significant earning potential for those who are motivated, coachable, and ready to build a career in commercial real estate investment sales.
