This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate marketing events that drive engagement, brand visibility, and client experience. You will contribute to both virtual and in-person events by assisting with logistics, attendee communications, and operational tracking to ensure smooth delivery. Accountabilities

• Support event execution activities including registration management, attendee communications, and post-event reporting.
• Assist with logistics coordination such as travel arrangements, materials preparation, vendor outreach, and scheduling support.
• Maintain accurate event data, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards to support performance measurement.
• Provide day-of event support for both virtual and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and attendee experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on event timelines and deliverables.
• Help monitor event processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and attendee engagement.
• Support the organization and distribution of event materials and communications across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in events, marketing coordination, or B2B event support roles.
• Familiarity with corporate event operations, logistics, and attendee management processes.
• Experience or exposure to event management platforms such as Cvent is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable with occasional domestic travel (approximately 15%) and flexible work hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and event technologies.
