The primary responsibilities of the restaurant manager are to create sincere and genuine connections with team members, guests, vendors, and members of the community. Qualifications At least 2‑3 years of recent management experience in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant in a scratch kitchen. Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
