Position Direct Support Professional (Awake Overnight/Residential) Compensation $17.00-19.50 Hours Full time, 40 hours/week, Overnight shift Responsibilities Assist individuals to achieve and exceed their personal goals, provide structure and emotional support, and facilitate the resolution of behavioral issues. Support individuals with personal hygiene, manage and dispense medication, and complete detailed, accurate documentation as assigned. Communicate effectively with individuals and their families. Assist with meal preparation, personal care, and social development. Implement and comply with Individual Service Plans (ISP) and all plans of care. Maintain clear and concise documentation of individuals’ activities, including medical notes, medication administration logs, incident reports, daily notes, sleep charts, and cleaning schedules. Maintain inventory levels of food, clothing, personal care supplies, and household maintenance supplies to meet the needs of the individuals and ensure smooth operation of the residence. Acquire and maintain valid medication certification and adhere to policies and procedures relevant to medication administration. Safely transport individuals to work, educational and medical appointments or extracurricular activities as required. Cooking and light housekeeping may be required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid NYS driver’s license which meets agency guidelines (when driving responsibilities are required). Experience in ID/DD field preferred. Basic computer skills preferred. Differentials

• 6.00 Weekend (day and evening shifts)
• 1.50 Weekday Awake Overnight (Mon-Thurs)
• 0.50 Weekday Evening (Mon-Thurs)
