Health Wellness Center HHS Hunterdon Healthcare System Inc., 1738 Route 31 North, Clinton, NJ Part-time Monday through Friday, 5:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Variable shift Hiring Range: $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly Req # 79745 Position Summary Supervise activities and use of pool/whirlpool/aquatic area to ensure a clean, safe environment. Primary Position Responsibilities Maintains a neat, orderly, and safe aquatic environment. Properly performs duties according to established guidelines. Understands importance of complete and accurate Aquatic Log entries. Recognizes the value of member satisfaction through positive interactions with aquatic users, instructors, CPOs, and supervisors. Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: None Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): At least 1 year lifeguard experience Required: License, Registry or Certification Certified Lifeguard, includes CPR/AED/FIRST AID Required: Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Ability to direct and participate in the extrication of bodies from the water in an emergency, familiarity with backboard and other water safety devices.
