Physician Endocrinology Asante Endocrinology Opportunity! Asante is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our outpatient-only practice in beautiful Medford, Oregon. Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine with fellowship training in Endocrinology. Successful completion of residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Endocrinology. License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges - this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
