Job Description

Medical Center is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient-only Primary Care teams in Medford, Oregon & surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to join an amazing team of physicians, advance practice providers, and an excellent support staff. We offer flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required.

• Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days
• 72 patient per week via clinical encounters (new grads will slowly build up to this)

• Epic EMR
• Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness
• Year 1 – Base salary of $300K
• Year 2 & beyond – Annual performance incentives
• Primary Care production plan -$50.20/wRVU in excess of 6,000 Annual Productive Bonus
• $60,000 signing bonus
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
• Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
• 240 hours authorized time off

• Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment
