Mendez Medical Center in Lauderhill, FL is seeking a full-time Outreach Coordinator to grow our patient base. The goal of this role is to connect with the community, bring new patients to our facility, give them a tour, and help them enroll to begin receiving care with us.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and staff community events and health fairs

- Build relationships with local organizations, churches, schools, senior centers, employers, and community groups to generate new patient interest

- Promote Mendez Medical Center's services through in-person visits, presentations, and printed materials

- Welcome prospective patients to the facility and give tours of our services and departments

- Guide new patients through the enrollment process so they can begin care at our facility

- Coordinate with the front office to schedule new patient appointments

- Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions and encourage enrollment

- Support social media and marketing efforts

- Track outreach activities, leads, and new patient enrollments, and report results to management

Requirements:

- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

- 1+ years of experience in outreach, marketing, sales, or customer service (healthcare preferred)

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public

- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
