Overview
Crown Staffing is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This hands-on role supports a holdings company, where accounting responsibilities may evolve with business needs. This position combines full-cycle bookkeeping with light office management duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks (preferred), Sage, or similar platforms
• Prepare and review journal entries in compliance with GAAP standards
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments, including tax filings
• Maintain detailed financial records, including debits, credits, and account reconciliations
• Generate financial reports such as profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial analysis
• Provide administrative and office support to maintain efficient daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred)
• Proven knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes
• Proficient in typing and 10-key data entry with high accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with payroll systems and AP/AR management

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience (Preferred)

• Must be able to commute to Maryland Heights, MO (Required)
