SAP BRIM Billing Functional Lead

Lead functional and technical team and work hands-on in scenarios related to Provider order/contract management, Rate plan product management, Rating and charging, Billing and Invoicing etc. Lead interactions with customer and guide offshore team in incident resolution and change request implementation.

Work hands-on in configuration/SPRO in CRM, S/4HANA, SAP-CC Core tool, and SAP CC Admin Plus. Understand complex integrations between components of SAP BRIM billing also interfaces with external applications.

Candidate should also be capable in handling BRIM Web-service & APIs, event/job monitoring and assisting SAP-Basis in administration of SAP-CC server. Responsible for coordinating with offshore BRIM Support team. Candidate should have end-to-end configuration and customization knowledge in the area of:

• Rate Plan, Sales package, Combo product master data
• Product modelling and configuration in SAP CRM SOM (IPC based product modelling engine or simplified configuration)
• Cross catalogue mapping
• Special Products like Master agreement product, Partner product
• Provider Order and Contract Management
• Provider contract change processes and customization
• B2B Master agreement and Partner agreement
• ODS framework and common object layer
• Financial customer care front office
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC) installation & set-up
• Knowledge on CC architecture including Core tool, BART, DIAMETER, IEC, RATER, Bulk loader, Taxer
• Convergent Charging (Charge Plan, Charge, Charging Plan, Billable Item mapping, Consumption item, Allowance, Refill, Pricing Tables, Monitoring Plan, CC Web-services)
• Knowledge of SAP-CC testing & simulation of charge
• CDR specification for online and offline mediation
• Offline charging setup via SAP CC BART and SAP CC IEC
• Integration with Convergent Mediation for online and offline mediation
• Product Modelling in SAP CRM SOM and integration with SAP-CC Charge Plan cross catalogue mapping
• Knowledge in ODS and Common Object layer
• Integration with Convergent Invoicing for Billable item and consumption item
• Minimum 1 implementation experiences of SAP-BRIM billing
• Minimum 1 SAP BRIM support experience as overall functional lead
• Knowledge of implementing BRIM in Hi-Tech or Technology industry will be preferable.
