Customer Service Representative
Location: Garland, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Overview
ONA Polymers LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Garland team. This role requires strong multitasking ability, sound judgment, and a proactive, team-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with ERP systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate product information and provide order status updates to customers
- Process and validate customer return requests
- Support Operations, Production, and Sales with customer service needs
- Investigate, document, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records in Macola and WiSys
- Handle incoming calls and process customer orders using ERP systems
- Review inventory to ensure accurate order entry and confirmation
- Use professional, positive communication with customers and internal teams
- Perform general administrative tasks (reports, documentation, etc.)
- Contribute to team goals and support a positive work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (non-retail/food service preferred)
- Experience with ERP/database systems (Macola/WiSys a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
