Information is complete documented./liliApplies knowledge of National Patient Safety Goals./liliAssures that hourly rounding and assessing is completed./liliDemonstrates an awareness of fall prevention techniques: identifies patients at risk, communicates risks to other caregivers, reports all falls./liliEngages in infection control practices and demonstrates knowledge of isolation procedures./liliDocumentation is timely and accurately reflects patient condition and progress./liliPractices within ethical, regulatory and legal guidelines./liliFamiliarity with the electronic documentation system and using it effectively and efficiently./li/ulpExperience/Education Requirements/pulliGraduate of an accredited nursing program. Possess current hospital experience (within 5 years) or be a new nursing graduate (within 2 years). Prefer at least 1 year of experience in hospital clinical nursing.
