The Brock Agency is hiring motivated, coachable people who want to learn new skills, help families protect what matters most, and build long-term income. No insurance experience needed. We provide the training, mentorship, and proven system.

What you'll do

Connect virtually with people who have already requested information
Guide clients through life insurance and financial protection options
Work warm, pre-qualified leads, with no cold calling
Grow your communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching

What we're looking for

A Life & Health license, or willingness to get licensed within 30 days
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
A strong communicator who enjoys helping people

Compensation: 1099 independent contractor, commission-based, uncapped earning potential. This is not a W-2, hourly, or salaried role. Licensing is required and self-funded. Earnings are not guaranteed.
