Registered Nurse Nursing

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
• BLS and ACLS certification: Required
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
• Supervises and directs the activities of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.
• Collects relevant data pertinent to patient health and analyzes assessment data.
• Develops and implements care plans, employing strategies to promote health and safety.
• Evaluates patient progress and collaborates with the healthcare team for continuity of care.
• Provides learning opportunities for patients and participates in discharge planning.
